At Shrimp Roll Club, we want you to actually love your gear. If something's off, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

  • Stuff we messed up and sent you the wrong thing
  • Damaged or defective products (because that's on us)

Refund requests need to happen within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund: Hit us up at support@shrimprollclub.com with your order number and a quick explanation of what went wrong. We'll take care of you.
